basic business workshop
This workshop makes a clear distinction between the techniques of Vianna's Theta Healing and those inspired by other systems or therapies.
This is a workshop approved by Vianna Stibal, the founder of Theta healing. It is a one day workshop intended for practitioners of Theta Healing who need more help in starting to practice professionally. For some it may be their first step in treating paying clients. For others it may now mean working on mental and emotional issues & talking therapy rather than focusing on body treatments. Cost £75. Certificate included.
We intend that this workshop will enable you to practise the amazing system of Theta Healing confidently and professionally. The flexibility to find your own way of working using your own skills and experience so that you can learn and develop is an essential part of our teaching.
Theta Healers Know How includes the following:
How to set-up in business: This section covers the Tax and National Insurance situation; how to pick a name; where to conduct your business; legal requirements; Associations; and more.
Marketing strategies: We cover advice about advertising; websites; leaflets etc.
Networking and support systems: This includes ideas for cooperation and support.
Basic psychology: Nature and nurture both shape the individual. We talk about the conscious and subconscious minds, giving a greater understanding about how they work. We discuss the ego, superego and the id. Learn about the power of suggestion; what triggers the subconscious mind; how to deal with abreactions and transference.
New biology: New Biology explains the science, which supports the theories of modern psychology. It offers fascinating insights into the working of the human body and mind; how the study of single cell organisms teaches us about our capacity to heal.
Basic NLP and building rapport: Discover what language patterns and body language reveal about a persons inner world; how to make the best use of language and your own postures; the logical levels; etc.
How to conduct a treatment: Learn the order in which Vianna works and practice this way. Learn other alternative ways of working and practice to find the way, which suits your own abilities.
Professional standards and ethics: It is important to present this life changing therapy in a professional way which clears the client’s doubts and hesitations.
Case studies: We will be making use of actual case studies for discussion and for role-play.
Clearing blocks for success: Digging, changing beliefs and downloading feelings may be necessary for some practitioners to achieve their aims.

Whereas Theta Know How is a workshop approved by Vianna herself as an ‘elective’ workshop i.e. a matter of choice.
The Advanced Business workshop is taught by Wendy & David Lowe and is not approved by Vianna as it steps outside the remit of Theta Healing. With the advantage of starting Theta Healing several years ago with a thriving Hypnotherapy practice, We have had the opportunities to learn and develop our techniques on over a thousand clients. Although we teach Theta Healing levels 1&2 and Advanced Theta Healing as set out by Vianna, the way we work has been changing and developing all the time. This workshop is an opportunity for others to shortcut the
long process of learning by experience and choose faster and more efficient ways of working with
different brainwave states. Advances in healing have become many and varied with many teachers setting up ‘new’ systems.
These are all tools for you to use.

Dear wendy; I have reviewed your manual and I believe that it is good, When teaching this class, let your students know the difference between the NLP and ThetaHealing elements in it so that it doesn’t appear that you are mixing modalities in this class. Although I cannot approve this class as a required ThetaHealing Class, it can be approved as an elective class to theta students for those who wish to take it. I think it is good for them and I think they would benefit from it, as we have approved other such classes. Great work on the manual! Hello Wendy and Dave, I hope you are both well and have now recovered from your busy weekend. I am still integrating stuff! I just wanted to thank you both for two truly wonderful workshops. They really were magnificent and Sangeeta was lovely. I felt really good after the two days but so hungry! It must have been all that healing energy I was using up! During the day with Sangeeta we had to write something and the poem that came up I have put on my website. Barbara

Hi Wendy, Many thanks for a very interesting workshop. I was really upset after re: all the dark stuff, as I mentioned I've been working so hard, so its just so disappointing to know that other things were holding me back that I wasn't aware of. I guess I have more to learn. I look forward to doing reiki with you, and the past life workshop too, so hopefully see you again soon. Please say many thanks to David for me too, he was excellent and he really helped me. I just really hope to make great progress now with the business and get some excellent clients. Enjoyed both days, very open and friendly and comfortable. Learned a lot on each day. Thank you both I enjoyed this training but would have enjoyed it more had it not been dominated by an enthusiastic participant. I realise questions must be answered but perhaps many of these could have been answered at the end of the day. David and I both puzzled over these comments until the following day when the author of the comments revealed that the person pushing her buttons had killed her twice in past lives! The first past life together they had been prostitutes and the other didn’t like her stealing her clients so poisoned her. In the other past life they were Roman soldiers who quarrelled and again she was killed.
